The Bose® link AL8 homewide wireless audio link is the easiest way to expand your Lifestyle® system to additional rooms. This transmitter and receiver package delivers two independent audio streams from your system to Bose link-enabled products in another room. All without running room-to-room wires. Wherever you listen, you'll have the benefits of the Lifestyle® system with you.
One connection from the transmitter to your Lifestyle® system media center sets the foundation for a house full of sound. All that's left is to connect the receiver to a second-room speaker system. You'll also receive audio from any components connected to your Lifestyle® system.
The key technology for this homewide wireless audio solution is our proprietary Free Field® circuitry. It enables the Bose link AL8 to operate efficiently in the presence of signals from cordless phones, wireless Internet connections and other devices. And it helps deliver Bose quality sound throughout your home, without interruption, and with low transmission latency. This virtually eliminates the echo effect heard when a wireless signal plays back much later than the original.
The transmitter and receiver work through most walls and floors, and operate from up to 80' away. Individual AR1 receivers (purchased separately) can be placed in seven additional rooms for wireless audio transmission from a single AL8 transmitter.

Over Size Shipments
Televisions 50" or larger, and any item exceeding 150lbs will ship through our alternate courier (ABF). Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided via e-mail. Residential delivery is available within the continental U.S by ground shipping only with an average delivery time of 5-10 business days. Second day and Express service is unavailable. Standard ground shipping includes curbside service (delivery). Inside delivery, debri removal and delivery by appointment is available at additional cost.
Special Orders
Special order products are not stocked in Fry's Electronics stores, but products can be ordered through the Frys.com website or by visiting a local Fry's Electronics store. The special order program allows Fry's to provide you with a larger product selection for your convenience.
A credit card authorization will be processed when your special order is placed through the Frys.com website and will be shipped to the address you specify in your order. However, your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped.
Special orders processed in a Fry's Electronics store are billed when the order is processed. Orders placed in a Fry's Electronics store are shipped directly to the store. When your order arrives at the store, we will call you to let you know your product is ready for pickup. Special order products can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Special order items are non-refundable.
