The system includes a state-of-the-art 4 Channel DVR4-2550 digital video recorder for simultaneous viewing and recording of 4 video streams locally, over the Internet or on your 3G Smartphone. The unit has H.264 video compression for fast, efficient recording and playback. You can also adjust the frame rate and image resolution with real-time recording on all 4 channels (30fps per channel, 120 fps total) and the ability to adjust the recording settings for each camera to the resolution you choose from 352 x 240 pixels (CIF) up to 704 x 480 pixels (D1). The four Day / Night Cameras provide crystal clear video through their high resolution 480 TV Lines 1/4" Sony CCD image sensors with night vision up to 65 feet and the ability to operate indoors and outdoors.
A massive 500GB SATA hard drive is pre-installed to allow up to 120 days+ of continuous recording from all 4 cameras. You can also record for longer, save time and hard drive space using the DVR4-2550's advanced motion activated recording. Even better, the time and date are integrated into your video files, allowing you to find incident footage and transfer events to a USB flash drive for easy storage and retrieval when the time is right. You can also configure the DVR to send you email alerts when activity is detected for peace of mind, all the time.
Easily set-up remote viewing with Swann's UPnP (Universal Plug n Play) technology that automatically configures the DVR to your router (if your router has UPnP capability) and the internet. Knowing what's happening is easier than ever with VGA connection for viewing on your PC or LCD monitor (with VGA input) or view on your existing TV using the video cable in the pack.
For your convenience the app is also included on a disk in the pack. Once Swannview is installed on your Smartphone, put the DVR's IP address into the browser and in less than a minute you can view video from all 4 cameras live onscreen. You can also receive email alerts if the DVR detects motion. Staying in contact has never been easier!

Over Size Shipments
Televisions 50" or larger, and any item exceeding 150lbs will ship through our alternate courier (ABF). Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided via e-mail. Residential delivery is available within the continental U.S by ground shipping only with an average delivery time of 5-10 business days. Second day and Express service is unavailable. Standard ground shipping includes curbside service (delivery). Inside delivery, debri removal and delivery by appointment is available at additional cost.
Special Orders
Special order products are not stocked in Fry's Electronics stores, but products can be ordered through the Frys.com website or by visiting a local Fry's Electronics store. The special order program allows Fry's to provide you with a larger product selection for your convenience.
A credit card authorization will be processed when your special order is placed through the Frys.com website and will be shipped to the address you specify in your order. However, your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped.
Special orders processed in a Fry's Electronics store are billed when the order is processed. Orders placed in a Fry's Electronics store are shipped directly to the store. When your order arrives at the store, we will call you to let you know your product is ready for pickup. Special order products can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
