Requirements
Each user must supply a unique email address associated with an educational entity
(i.e., student@university.edu)
OR For Students:
A school photo identification card that includes school name, your name, a photo and a current
enrollment date.
OR
If you do not have such an ID, you must instead provide a photo identification card, drivers
license, passport or other official photo identification
AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Official, current non-photo student ID with name and current enrollment date
Official, current school transcript indicating name of school and student with current date
Official, current school tuition bill indicating name of school and student with current date
Official, current report card indicating name of school and student with current date Other official dated proof of enrollment
Other identification as permitted by Quark from time to time by posting a list of such appropriate identification on its Internet website.
Students who are under 18 and do not have a valid photo ID may provide an official letter from their eligible
educational institution stating their name and current enrollment status.
For Faculty & Staff:
A school photo identification card that includes school name, your name, a photo and a current date.
OR
If you do not have such an ID, you must instead provide a photo identification card, drivers license,
passport or other official photo identification
AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Official, paycheck stub with current date and name of school and employee
Official, current certificate of employment with current date bearing entity's logo or seal
