This is not a bad phone. I went from just a phone for emergencies
to this one. It took me only a few hours to learn how to use it. I
had never in my life sent a text much less used a phone for internet
search. I only wish the instruction booklet had more info. It would
have saved me some time and frustration. But I am learning how to
navigate through the device. Not too bad for a senior like me.

they replaced my old phone Samsung with this one, along with 3 of
those that had to be replace. this one should have gone with it. on
my next up grade...and yours if you are getting a smart phone...stay
away from the brand SamSung. the only song you will sing will be a
Sad Song

This is my first smartphone so I have nothing to compare it to. I
really like it. Palm size and easy to carry in my pocket. Battery
life leaves a lot to be desired...but, I hear that is fairly normal
with smart phones. The camera does a good job. I really have no
major complaints. It is a very good phone. :)

It freezes all the time, a lot of apps are not compatible with
it, its hard to hear when calling somone, though its slim and small
and has a great setup, it has a lot of space, also it has a good
camer, but no flash.

My first smart phone and probably my last. Very poor reception
compared to my old Nokia. We have 2 cell towers just a couple blocks
away and still the phone cuts out all the time. Display scratches
very easily. Cant access my voice mail today as the screen goes dark
after punching in half of my code. Sound quality is poor, very
tinny. The manual is a joke and the tutorial on-line is also
limited.Dont use the phone much and still the battery needs to
charged every second day. I do go into Task Manager to shut down
anything running.

I use the product alot for texting and calling people and looking
stuff up on the internet. I havent really found anything i dont like
about it yet, its all around just a great phone.
Pros
small enough to fit in my pocket and smooth. doesnt slow down
just stays great!
Cons
short battery life is the only flaw i have found in the phone!
