Domestic Shipping Methods

Frys.com uses the most efficient methods of order preparation and shipping available to deliver your products fast and hassle free. We offer Ground Service starting at $1.99, 2nd day and Overnight Delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Some areas may not be supported by all express services. To confirm your shipping destination is supported, please contact one of our friendly customer service associates at sales@cs.frys.com. Shipping charges include a handling charge and may not represent the actual cost of shipping.

Once you have selected all of the products you desire to purchase, you will find a shipping calculator in your cart. The shipping calculator will estimate the cost of shipping by entering the zip code of your location. Ground service is not available for all products in Alaska or Hawaii. During checkout the delivery charge will be confirmed once your delivery address has been entered. An additional shipping charge will be added at checkout for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to AZ, CA, GA, IN, IL, TN, TX , NV, and WA are subject to state and local sales tax, as applicable.

Frys.com does not ship on weekends and major holidays. Ground service is not available in Alaska and Hawaii. Overnight Delivery is not available in remote locations, and Hawaii or Alaska.

Frys.com requires a signature for deliveries over $250.00.

We also offer free ground shipping on selected products for all domestic orders.* *All offers valid while supplies last and are for ground service only. Other limitations apply. Orders shipped to AZ, CA, GA, IN, IL, TN, TX , NV, and WA are subject to state and local sales tax, as applicable. Frys.com does not ship on weekends or major holidays. Over Size Shipments

Due to the size, Large Televisions, Major Appliances and furniture will arrive via freight delivery. Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided via e-mail once your order ships. You will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a delivery time. Residential delivery is available within the continental U.S. by ground shipping only with an average delivery time of 3-5 business days. Standard delivery includes "Threshold Delivery" service. In most cases, "Threshold Delivery" means the product will be delivered just inside the front door of your home. If there are stairs or steps leading up to your front door the item will be placed in your garage. Debris removal is not included with standard delivery. White glove service is available at an additional cost. "White Glove" service includes disposal of packaging and delivery to your room of choice. Televisions and major appliances delivered using the "White Glove" service will be plugged in and powered up. Please inspect the condition of the package before signing the proof of delivery document provided by the delivery company.

Delivery Attempts

The shipping courier will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. If the package is undeliverable after two attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges (if applicable). All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Leaving Signed Notes

By leaving a signed note giving the courier permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished Frys.com and the courier of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

Our shipping courier will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide an alternative street address in the shipping information fields. If you still have the P.O. Box listed in the "ship to" address it will automatically default to the postal service. Please note that the postal service will have a different shipping rate than the rate given at the time your order is placed. You must make sure you delete any reference to the P.O. or APO address from the shipping field. We can ship to APO/FPO addresses using U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail. Missing orders can only be traced after 15 business days from the ship date. Replacement orders or credit for damaged or missing orders will not be issued until the US Postal Service has approved the claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks. The U.S. Postal Service imposes weight and size limitations on shipments to some locations. Please consult your local postal office for more information.

Frys.com is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.





Our in-store pick up feature allows you to order online 24 hours a day and pick up the order at your nearest Fry's Electronics store. In-store pick up is fast, easy, and free (no shipping charge). Here is how to select in-store pick up.

1. Simply add the desired items to your cart.

2. Once you have completed your shopping and are ready to check out, you will be given shipping options and a store pick up option in your cart. Select In-Store pick up and click on "checkout"

3. Enter your zip code or city and state to check store availability.

4. Choose the most convenient store in your area.

5. If you have the myFry's Accounts, log in and you will then be asked for the security code on your credit card.

6. Select "checkout" if you do not have the myFry's Accounts. You will be asked for your billing information and be given the option to create an account. The benefits of creating the myFry's Accounts are the following:

a. Your billing information will be safely stored to make future orders fast and simple!
b. You will be the only one with the access to your account!
c. A history of orders will be created for your review at any time!
d. It's free!

7. Review your order and click on the "submit order" button.

8. Print out your order summary for your personal records.

9. An order acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you immediately after submitting your order.

10. Once your order is ready, a second e-mail will be sent to you confirming your products are ready for pick up.

11. Print a copy of the confirmation e-mail and bring it to any register of the selected Fry's Electronics store.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need a copy of your confirmation e-mail or quote number, ID, and the original credit card used to place the order at the time of store pick up.

What is needed to pickup my order when visiting the store?
Simply bring the credit card used to place the order, confirmation email, and ID to any register of the selected Fry's Electronics store.


How long will the store hold my order?
Your order confirmation email will contain the expiration date of your order. Orders containing advertised items are held until store closing on the day the advertisement expires or no longer than 72 hours. All other online orders will be held for the standard 72 hours.

Can I purchase additional items once I arrive at the store?
Yes. Simply select any additional items and bring them to any register with your order confirmation email.

When can I use the in-store pickup option?
Frys.com accepts in-store pickup orders 24 hours a day. Click Here for local store hours. Note: Not all merchandise sold at Fry's Electronics or Frys.com is available for in store pickup.

Can I have someone else pick up the order for me?
To protect you as a cardholder, only the authorized user of your credit card can pick up your order.

What if the product I want isn't available at my local store and I need it soon?
With our Next Day shipping option you can order until 9pm EST and receive the order by 12PM the next day. Click here for details

Can I use my Fry's Card to order online for pickup in-store?
In-store pickup is currently only available for customers using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover to place an order for store pick up. You will need the credit card used to place the order when making your purchase at the store, however you may choose to use a different payment method for the actual purchase.

If the local Fry's Electronic store does not have the item(s) available, can Frys.com ship my order to the store?
If you receive a notice that the item is unavailable at the store you have selected for in store pick up, you may place a new order and have it shipped to your residence or business. Orders may be shipped to your selected address via ground, second day, and overnight with our competitive shipping prices. The option to have an order shipped to one of the retail stores from our online warehouse is unavailable.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your in-store pick up order has been submitted you may check the status of your order at any time. Simply click on
Track Your Order, located on the customer service tabs, then login to your myFry's Accounts or enter your order number and e-mail address.

Where do I pick up my order?
You may pick up your order at any register from the store you have selected. One of our friendly store associates will retrieve the product(s) for you.

What if I can't print out my confirmation e-mail?
If you are unable to print out your confirmation e-mail, you will still be able to pick up your order. Write down the quote number and pick up your order at the selected store.

How can I cancel my In-store pick up order?
Please note that all In-store pick up orders will be canceled if they are not picked up within the specified time given in your confirmation e-mail. If you would like to cancel your order, you can contact your local store and request to cancel the order by providing your order number. Our
Store Locator will help you find any Fry's Electronics store phone number.

When will I be Charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is picked up at the register. Please note that you will need the credit card that was used to place your order at the time of purchase.

Can I use a different credit card from the one used to place the order?
Absolutely! You may choose to change your payment method at the time of purchase. Please note that the original credit card will still be required when the order is being picked up for identification purposes.

Can I purchase a performance service contract?
Performance service contracts are available for purchase for items that have that service option at the retail store.

How long will it take to receive my confirmation e-mail?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 20 minutes of submitting your order. Confirmation e-mail are processed each day from 30 minutes before store opening to 30 minutes before store closing. All in-store pickup orders received by Frys.com outside of these hours will receive a confirmation e-mail just prior to store opening.
