Guaranteed Holiday Shipping

Shipping Guidelines for Delivery by December 24th

To ensure that you and your loved ones receive your holiday purchases on time, please use the Frys.com Holiday Shipping guidelines provided below. The shipping guidelines will show the overnight and second day shipping deadline for orders to be delivered by December 24th. Items with the current status of "in stock, same day shipping" qualify for a guaranteed delivery by December 24th. We will reimburse your shipping cost if you do not receive your order within the specified time. Please read ahead to view the exceptions to our holiday delivery guarantee.

In-Stock Items Ordered by 3 PM EST Delivery Method
Receive on:
Tuesday, Dec 22nd 2nd Day
December 24th by 5PM
Wednesday, Dec 23rd Overnight
December 24th by 5PM

 

In Store Pickup on December 24th

Orders received by 3 PM Local Store time on December 24th will be processed and ready for pickup the same day. Items must be picked up before store closing hours of the specified date. For contact information and business hours of your local Fry's Electronic store please visit our Store Locator.

Oversized Items

Orders received by 8 PM EST on December 14th will be processed and shipped with our alternate courier. Most orders will arrive within 5 business days.

APO/FPO and PO BOX

Transit time can very from 5-10 business days. Please visit http://www.usps.com/ for transit times.

Holiday Shipping Exceptions

Regrettably, deliveries in rural areas or out of FedEx service areas are not guaranteed and are an exception to the Holiday Shipping Guidelines above. Ground shipments may have an estimated delivery date of December 24th, however the delivery date is not guaranteed. To confirm that your shipping location is guaranteed, please contact one of our friendly customer service associates at 877-688-7678. Additional exceptions on certain locations or products have been listed below for your convenience.

  • Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska
  • Shipments of televisions 50" or larger, and any item exceeding 150lbs that ship through our alternate courier

Ground Delivery Service:
A reliable door-to-door option, Ground delivers your packages within seven days depending on location. Over size shipments may have a different delivery timeframe than standard ground delivery, please read below for more information.

Order Processing
Orders received by 9 PM EST will be processed the same day. To protect you as a credit cardholder Frys.com may request additional information that may delay processing your order. If additional information is needed you will be notified via phone or email.

APO/FPO
Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 calendar days.

**Express Service Supported Areas
Some areas may not be supported by all express services. Areas not supported by express services may be routed to USPS for final delivery. To confirm your shipping destination is supported, please contact one of our friendly customer service associates toll free at (877) 688-7678

Over Size Shipments
Televisions 50" or larger, and any item exceeding 150lbs will ship through our alternate courier (ABF). Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided via e-mail. Residential delivery is available within the continental U.S by ground shipping only with an average delivery time of 5-10 business days. Second day and Express service is unavailable. Standard ground shipping includes curbside service (delivery). Inside delivery, debris removal and delivery by appointment is available at additional cost.

Noncontiguous U.S. Addresses
Deliveries to noncontiguous U.S. addresses differ from Expected Arrival Time Chart.
