Set-up and Support

Online: If you are able to get online, check the Technical Basics below and the ISP FAQ page for the answers to the most common technical questions. You may also chose to contact us via email.

Phone Support: If you can't find the answers you need here you can call tech support 24/7/365 at 408 487-4622.

Connection Software: Fry's ISP does not send you a disk with connection software - your operating system came with all the parts you need to connect with us. If you have never been online before you may need to install/reinstall software from your original operating system disks.

    3. Type in your Fry's ISP userID and password when prompted.
    4. Click on "Available Services"
    5. Then Click on "Add" under one of the 10 emailboxes.
    6. Type in the desired userID and password then hit purchase. (No they don't cost any extra. Up to 10 emails are included with this service).
