For the safety of our customers and associates, and help contain the COVID-19 pandemic, Fry's will be temporarily suspending In-store returns and exchanges from March 26th through May 3rd. For all the affected purchases made prior to March 26th and during the temporary suspension period, the return policy will be extended through May 24th.

Most items will be returnable within 30 days of purchase. Postpaid/Contract and Unlocked wireless devices are excluded and have a 14-day Fry's return policy from date of purchase.*
