When Will My Order Arrive?
Frys.com uses the most efficient methods of order preparation and shipping available to deliver your products fast and hassle free. We offer Ultra Saver shipping starting at $1.99, Ground, 2nd day and Overnight Delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Some areas may not be supported by all services. Shipping charges include a handling charge and may not represent the actual cost of shipping.

Once you have selected all of the products you desire to purchase, you will find a shipping calculator in your cart. The shipping calculator will estimate the cost of shipping by entering the zip code of your location. Ground service is not available for all products in Alaska or Hawaii. During checkout the delivery charge will be confirmed once your delivery address has been entered. An additional shipping charge will be added at checkout for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to AZ, CA, GA, IN, IL, TN, TX , NV, and WA are subject to state and local sales tax, as applicable.
  • Frys.com requires a signature for deliveries over $250.00
  • Frys.com does not ship on weekends or major holidays
  • Ground service is not available in Alaska and Hawaii
  • Overnight Delivery is not available in remote locations of the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, and Alaska
  • Frys.com is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters
Delivery Attempts
The shipping courier will make three attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a message notifying you of the attempt. If the package is undeliverable after three attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges (if applicable). All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.
Leaving Signed Notes
By leaving a signed note giving the courier permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished Frys.com and the courier of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.
Guaranteed Holiday Shipping - Shipping Guidelines for Delivery by December 24th
To ensure that you receive your holiday purchases on time, please reference these Holiday Shipping Guidelines. Items listed on Frys.com with the status of "In stock" qualify for guaranteed delivery by December 24th. We will reimburse your shipping cost if delivery is not attempted within the specified time. Please read ahead to view the exceptions to our holiday delivery guarantee.

*: Orders will NOT be shipped on Monday, December 25th. Normal shipping and receiving will resume Tuesday, December 26th. To guarantee delivery by December 24th, we recommend Overnight Shipping.
In-Store Pickup on December 24th
Orders received by 3 PM Local Store time on December 24th will be processed and ready for pickup the same day. Items must be picked up before store closing hours of the date specified on the confirmation email. Ground Items
UPS Ground shipping received by 6 PM EST on Friday, December 15th will be shipped for estimated delivery by Friday December 22nd. Note that Frys.com orders do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. The average delivery time frame is 3-5 business days. For guaranteed delivery by December 24th, we recommend utilizing our express shipping options.
Overnight AM and PM
Orders recieved by 6 PM EST on December 21st will be shipped for estimated delivery by December 22nd. Overnight shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
2nd Day Shipping
Orders recieved by 6 PM EST on December 20th will be shipped for estimated delivery by December 22nd. 2nd Day shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. For guaranteed delivery by December 24th, we recommend utilizing our overnight shipping option no later than December 21st
Ultra Saver
Orders received by 6 PM EST on December 8th will be processed and shipped for estimated delivery by December 22nd. 2nd Day shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.. For guarantee delivery by December 24th, we recommend utilizing our express shipping options referenced above. For further details, please contact us at 408-350-1484.
Oversized Items
Orders recieved by 6 PM EST on December 8th will be processed and shipped By our specialty Freight Shipper. Transit time can vary from 5-10 business days. They will delivery by appontment only, so accurate phone and email contact information is absolutely vital. Please visit http://www.cevalogistics.com/ to arrange delivery time.
APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes
Orders shipping to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses must be eligible for and use Ultra Saver shipping. Orders shipped to APO/FPO address must be placed by December 1st at the very latest.
Holiday Shipping Exceptions
Regrettably, deliveries in rural areas or areas outside of UPS service are not guaranteed and are an exception to the Holiday Shipping Guidelines above. Ground shipments may have an estimated delivery date of December 22nd, however the delivery date would not be guaranteed. To confirm that your shipping location is guaranteed, please refer to Transit Times on UPS's website. Please view the additional exceptions on certain locations or products that have been listed below.
  • Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska
  • Shipments of televisions 40" or larger, and any item exceeding 150lbs that ship through our alternate courier (Ceva)
  • APO and FPO shipments
  • P.O. Box shipments
  • International shipments
  • Backorder items
  • Pre-order items
  • Weather delays
